What is South Dakota ACHIEVE?

South Dakota ACHIEVE is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides a variety of support services to people with developmental disabilities.  Funding comes from fees for services available through Home/Community Based (Title XIX) Services; Division of Rehabilitation Services; School Districts/Special Education, Auxiliary Placements; or are privately paid. Private donations, public resources, and/or production revenues provide additional limited financial support for the agency.

ACHIEVE believes citizens with disabilities

Who does South Dakota Achieve Services serve?

Services are available in Sioux Falls and the surrounding Greater Sioux Empire. Rural outreach for supported employment and supported living services is provided upon request when and where possible.

Applicants are considered without regard to race, sex, religion or national origin. Anyone with a disability may apply for services. Each person applying for services must be able to give consent for the services or have a parent or guardian who can do so on their behalf. Each person must have a funding source to pay the fees for services. If an applicant does not already have funding, South Dakota Achieve will assist in locating and/or applying for this.

Where is South Dakota Achieve located?

South Dakota ACHIEVE is located at 4100 S Western Ave in Sioux Falls, SD. In addition, SDA has several homes and rental sites throughout Sioux Falls for people utilizing Residential Services.
